Lapelpinselection is a full serviced based lapel pin manufacturer that specializes in the production of custom lapel pins, recognition pins, badges, challenge coins, trading pins, alumni pins, key chains and many other metal based products.

Preliminary Artwork (CLICK)

To start the process our art department will create a design based upon your original concept.  Once completed the finished artwork will be a high resolution, high output digital file.   This type of file can be used outside of our product line.  T-Shirts, web site graphics, print media, we  guarantee you will be 100% satisfied with your artwork prior to the manufacturing of the pin.  We also take pride in offering unlimited artwork revisions with product purchase.

Once we begin production, we start off by using the finest materials available, we also utilize the thickest metals in the industry.  Our standard thickness is 1.2 mm. Our competitors use 1 mm thickness, a considerable difference.  Pin thickness is critical and with our lapel pins you can be assured of a quality product that will last a lifetime.

Lapel pins manufactured by lapelpinselection are meticulously produced by hand, when stamping or etching of the pin is achieved they are plated in the material of your choice.  Gold, silver and black nickel are just a few of the platings available.  Upon completion of the plating the pin is hand polished and hand color filled with enamel paint or porcelain (glass).  Pins are then hand polished a second time making sure there are no imperfections. Pin posts or jewelry findings are soldered to the backs and the clasps attached.

If the customer requests an epoxy coating it is applied as the final process. Once the coating cures the pins are placed in the packaging of your choice.  A plastic case, poly bag, velour pouch or a high end jewelry box is available.  Another unique option available is to attach the pin to a printed card and insert it into a poly bag.
